Boot Camp For Beginners (limited locations) 
| In some locations, we offer a beginners program we call Boot Camp. Intensive 1-hour sessions of jogging and calisthenics designed to strengthen all major muscle groups and increase your cardiovascular capacity. Boot Camp classes are held five days a week, morning or afternoon, Monday through Friday. Each day you, your classmates and your Instructor will meet and work out your entire body. Daily we will focus on teaching you how to jog, do push ups, lift weights and more. Boot Camp lasts until our instructor graduates you on to Maintenance. Our Instructors are tough on you. No we will not embarass or yell at you. But they will do something no one has ever done for you. That is hold you accountable for your health and fitness. Someone has to. And we forgot to mention, if you miss a class, some of our instructors will call you!! The bottom Line is this... We Specialize In You! |
The Maintenance ProgramShaping Up For Life Many head straight to Maintenance. Our instructors are trained to work with all levels in each class. Classes are held five days each week for an hour each. Within the group, each person works to their maximum capacity. Your Sergeant will gradually increase and vary your workout to increase your strength and stamina. Each am you will bring a pair of dumbells (you provide) to class. Twice a week we work the upper body and the same for the lower body. You will do lunges, push ups, squats, pull ups, jog and a ton more. And abs are focused on in almost every class. Remember, we know where your hiding all that garbage you have been eating. We get after you when you slack off and you get fit and trim because of it. And yes, you pay for this! No two ways about it... We will get that butt in shape! |

| The Personal Training OptionA One-On-One Approach For people with busy schedules or very specific fitness goals, The Sergeant's Program offers one-hour personal training sessions. You'll be assigned a Personal Trainer who will come to your home, gym or office and guide you through a workout program customized to your personal needs. Our trainers all have either a fitness-related degree or a professional fitness certification and work with children and adults of all fitness levels. Trainers adapt the programs to each and every individual so you can expect a personalized program. And no, we keep the guy with the DI hat in the office. |
