If you are

scared of another injury, injure often or your muscles feel real tight.

Then you should consider BodyMap

BodyMap is a analysis tool where the client will perform a few basic (little exertion) exercises. This is done in our Personal Training Studio in Potomac, MD. Observation will detect joints moving in improper angles. As an example, your knee is suppossed to move in the same direction as your second and 3rd toe. But it does not. Your muscles in your rear and inner thigh are are tight or not properly functioning, so they pull your knee slightly inward. But you like to run, do squats etc. which adds strain on the joint and muscles. You have a knee injury in the making. But the problem is not the knee-yet. It's the imbalanced muscles.

Our qualified trainers will identify what muscles are imbalanced and load the observations in to a computer program called BodyMap. A program/corrective strategy is given. The client along with the technician then go over the strategy hands on. The corrective strategy gives a few exercises that will take about 5-10 minutes each am. It is recomended that these simple corrective exercises are done in the very beginning of a workout. If you are a Sarge member, then for a few weeks you would do these instead of your warm up lap. After 1 session you will notice an amazing difference and have reduced the risk of injury signifcantly. After our 1st month we had doctors refering their patients to us.

Note. This is not physical therapy. Think of this as bridging the gap between what we do and what a physical therapist does.
